Biography

Hassan Abdel-Gawad completed his PhD Degree in Organic Chemistry Cairo University, Faculty of Science, Chemistry Department on (Thesis: “Chemical and Biochemical Studies On the Residuals of the Organophosphorus Insecticide (Profenofos) in Some Economical Crops")and he had been working at Military Service, Egyptian Army (January 1991- March 1992) then he joined as a Assistant Researcher at National Research Centre, Egypt(April 1992- June 2001) at the present moment his job title is an Head of the Applied Organic chemistry Department at National Research Centre, Applied Organic Chemistry Department, Dokki, Cairo, Egypt.

Research Interest

Novel nanomaterials for sensor fabrication and their applications in early detection of cancer, biomedical monitoring, drug quality control and environmental pollution.
